- One lesson lasts 45 minutes; 90 minutes (2 lessons) is the minimum time of instruction.
- Please send your application off 1 month in advance; later you may still inquire about the possibility of joining a course, but it is less assured that you will be able to.
- Individual and standard courses (once to twice per week) – payments are made monthly according to the number of lessons attended. Cancellation policy: lessons must be canceled 24 hours before the class; if a class is canceled later than 24 hours before the lesson, the customer will be charged full-price.
- Weekly, weekend, monthly, and summer courses – an invoice will be sent a month before the course. Customers can withdraw from the course 7 days in advance, but will incur a 1 000 CZK cancellation fee.
- If, for some reason, a group course is canceled, CZ Lingua will provide you an alternative course or will return your payment in full.
- Students who break the laws of the Czech Republic will be expelled without recompense.
