    Details

    • Location: Typically at our school, but your workplace is also an option.
    • Aim: A highly intensive course consisting of 40 lessons over one week (9am – 12pm in the morning and 1 – 4 pm in the afternoon) or over two weeks (9am – 12pm). Every term offers courses for students of every level. Practical and communicative focus complemented by exercises (targeting the students’ particular level) and clear explanations which will deepen the understanding of the students.
      For absolute beginners who want to learn the basics rapidly with minimal grammar instruction, we offer “survival Czech,” which focuses on common encounters and situations (greetings, directions, ordering in restaurants, free time, family background, phrases useful on vacations, etc.)
      For advanced students of all levels, we expand upon and deepen their linguistic ability and knowledge of the Czech language.
      Lessons are always adapted to your particular needs (specific vocabulary and themes, for example).

    • Bonus: Price of course includes social lunches (delicious Czech cuisine with Czech beer—the best in the world) and a riverboat cruise (90 minutes) down the Vltava!
    • Payment: Due one month before the course.
    • Textbooks: After a consultation with the student, the teacher will propose a suitable textbook in his or her native language, or will offer textbooks that have already been used in the student’s previous courses. The most commonly used textbooks include: Česky krok za krokem 1: Czech Step by Step, Holá L., Pracovní sešit 1-12 lekce 1-12, Bulejčíková P., Holá L., Převrátilová S., Pracovní sešit 13-24 lekce 1-12, Bulejčíková P., Holá L., Převrátilová S.
